By using FreelanceHQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and keep it current. You're liable for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FreelanceHQ. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You own all data you upload to FreelanceHQ (clients, projects, invoices, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your data. You may delete your account and export your data at any time.
FreelanceHQ and all its original content (code, design, documentation) are owned by FreelanceHQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without permission.
We aim to keep FreelanceHQ available and reliable, but we make no guarantee of 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt service. We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance when possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreelanceHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use FreelanceHQ in the past 12 months.
Free tier is always free. Pro tier costs $9/month (or $90/year) and renews automatically. Billing is handled by DodoPayments.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You'll lose access to Pro features but your data remains downloadable during the cancellation period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your paid period. No refunds are issued for unused portions.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or abuse the Service. We'll attempt to notify you beforehand, except in cases of serious violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request a data export within 30 days.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
FreelanceHQ is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding invoicing, taxes, and business operations. Consult a professional if you need guidance.
